Place2Stay@The Mines Hotel, fully owned by Koperasi Universiti Putra Malaysia (KUPUTRA), is the newest branch of the Place2Stay Hotel chain, conveniently located near Seri Kembangan City. Since 18 November 2017, the hotel has been offering comfortable stays with quality hospitality.

Strategically located near KTM Serdang train station, The Mines Shopping Mall, UPM Serdang, and the main route to Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is easily accessible for both local and international guests.
